Why choose this treatment

Nordlys IPL

During an IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment, intense light energy is delivered into the deeper layers of the skin, where it is converted into heat and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. This improves skin firmness, elasticity and condition, softens wrinkles and evens out skin tone. IPL technology works on a similar principle to laser treatments, but while lasers use a single wavelength, IPL uses light at multiple wavelengths simultaneously across the 570–1200 nm range. The light reaches the dermis without damaging the upper layer of the skin. The treatment can be tailored to the individual, is safe and involves minimal discomfort.
