Morpheus8
Morpheus8 treatment
Morpheus8 is an innovative radiofrequency microneedling skin-tightening treatment that combines microneedling technology with radiofrequency energy. By delivering controlled heat into the deeper layers of the skin, the device stimulates collagen and elastin production, while reinforcing the skin's structure and improving its firmness.
During the treatment, fine microneedles deliver the energy beneath the skin, where the even warming initiates the natural renewal processes. As a result, fine lines are smoothed, deeper wrinkles are reduced and a firmer, more youthful complexion develops — all without surgery and with long-lasting results.

Useful information
Following the treatment, mild redness or swelling may occur, which usually subsides on its own within 1–2 days. No extended recovery time is required, and most people can return to their usual daily activities as early as the following day. To protect the skin, it is advisable to avoid intense sun exposure and to use a high-factor sunscreen (SPF 50) regularly.
• Treatment of fine lines and wrinkles: Reducing wrinkles and fine lines on the face, around the eyes, on the forehead and on the neck.
• Tightening of sagging, lax skin: Firming and contouring loose skin on both the face and the body.
• Improving enlarged pores and uneven skin surface: Refining the skin's texture and achieving a smoother appearance.
• Fading acne scars and other scars: Improving the skin's structure and reducing the visibility of scars.
• Treatment of stretch marks: Reducing the appearance of pregnancy-related stretch marks and marks caused by sudden weight changes.
• Body skin tightening: Firming the arms, abdomen, thighs and other problem areas.
• Cellulite improvement: Softening the appearance of orange-peel skin and evening out the skin's surface.
Skin cleansing and anaesthesia: The area to be treated is thoroughly cleansed and disinfected, then a local anaesthetic cream is applied to enhance comfort.
Setup: The treatment tip is selected according to the condition of the skin, and the treatment depth of the microneedles is adjusted.
Microneedling radiofrequency treatment: Using the microneedles, the radiofrequency energy reaches the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production. During the treatment, a mild warmth, pinching or tingling sensation may be felt, and it usually lasts 30–60 minutes.
Aftercare: At the end of the treatment the skin is soothed with a calming preparation, and sunscreen is applied if needed.
The effects of the Morpheus8 treatment can be partially noticed even after the first session, as the skin may appear firmer and smoother. However, the true, long-lasting results develop gradually as collagen and elastin production is activated and intensifies. The most visible improvement typically begins to appear after 4–6 weeks, with the final result becoming complete over 2–3 months.
For optimal results, a course of several sessions is generally recommended, during which the condition of the skin continues to improve from treatment to treatment.
Is the treatment painful? A numbing cream is applied prior to the procedure for comfort, but mild discomfort may still occur.
What should I expect after the treatment? Following the treatment, temporary redness, mild swelling or sensitivity may appear, which usually subsides gradually within a few hours. During the recovery period, proper sun protection is particularly important, and the skin should be shielded from direct sun exposure. For at least one week it is advisable to avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms and any influence that could cause excessive heat exposure to the treated area.
When is it not recommended? It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in the presence of an active skin infection, inflammation or open wound in the area to be treated. It should also be avoided in cases of severe skin conditions or recent sunburn.
The use of certain medications (such as anticoagulants) may also be a contraindication.
